It is further intended that all machinery be installed and maintained in such a manner as to afford adequate protection against fire, explosion, machinery failure and personnel injury. Vessel has an exhaust leak on the port engine. Vessel shall submit a repair proposal prior to affecting repairs to MSU Toledo's OCMI office.
