While operating with passengers, the port propulsion engine seawater cooling standpipe was found leaking at the connection to the thru-hull valve. Vessel to effect repairs and show proper operation prior to carrying passengers.

Received notification that on 30May2019, vessel suffered a major engine malfunction, to include oil being sprayed all over the engine room. Vessel did not lose propulsion but Captain pulled boat from service immediately. No immediate notification nor CG2692 was submitted.
