Mixed food, paper and plastic items were found in the blue containers designated for food waste only. The Master and C/E stated that only oily waste and oily rags were being incinerated. We found a number of other non-designated items being incinerated. Recommended to the Master that he review the Garbage Plan and conduct training with the crew.
