During the deck walk, it was brought to the attention of the PSCO that the forward crane boom fell during operation this morning. There is visible damage to the handrails on top of the forward deck house. It was also noted that paint has been scraped off the boom in the vicinity of the impact with the hand rails. Repair, inspect structural integrity and conduct operational test of fwd deck crane.

There were several entries stating that vessel was able to pump from the bilge, bilge tank, and clean bilge tank all at once to send through the oily water separator. It was found that all must be pumped to bilge tank which is pumped through the oily water separator. Rectify Def by entering proper log entries
