Each vessel must be marked as required by part 67, subpart I, of this chapter. The name of the vessel must be marked on some clearly visible exterior part of the port and starboard bow and the stern of the vessel. The hailing port of the vessel must be marked on some clearly visible exterior part of the stern of the vessel. The markings... which may be made by the use of any means and materials which result in durable markings, must be made in clearly legible letters of the Latin alphabet or Arabic or Roman numerals not less than four inches in height. Marine Inspector observed that the name of the vessel was not present on the port and starboard side of the vessel and the hailing port was not on the stern of the vessel. Make correction to ensure that the name and hailing port is present in all required locations with proper dimensions to the satisfaction of the appropriate marine inspector.

Engine Cooling water pump has a continuous leak while running. Make proper repairs IAW manufacturers instructions and provide tech report to MI.

The master shall conduct sufficient drills and give sufficient instructions to make sure that all crew members are familiar with their duties during emergencies that necessitate abandoning ship or the recovery of persons who have fallen overboard. No training and drills have been conducted since December 2019. Master shall conduct sufficient training and drills prior to the carriage of passengers. 46 CFR 185.520(a)

The master shall conduct sufficient fire drills to make sure that each crew member is familiar with his or her duties in case of a fire. No drills have been conducted since December 2019. Master shall conduct fire drill prior to carriage of passengers. 46 CFR 185.524(a)

The owner or managing operator shall be prepared to conduct tests and have the vessel ready for inspection of machinery, including the operation of the main propulsion machinery both ahead and astern. Vessel was trailered and not readily available to conduct an operational test. Vessel shall demonstrate operation of the main propulsion machinery prior to the carriage of passengers. 46 CFR 176.804(a)

Nothing in this subpart limits the marine inspector from conducting such tests or inspections deemed necessary to be assured of the vessel's seaworthiness. Vessel shall demonstrate operation of propulsion machinery prior to carrying passengers.

Engine failure while underway

Vessel lost control of jet propulsion bucket. Make proper repairs to satisfaction of USCG MI prior to carrying passengers.

CR01: Conduct required drills prior to carrying passengers.

Repair crack in forward stbd hull, to the satisfaction of the attending CG Marine Inspector, prior to carrying passengers.

AB01 - Provide proof of proper operation of audible and visual bilge alarms (both aft and forward).

Replace port side main engine exhaust hose due to deep cracking.

Prove proper operation of the aft bilge alarm indicator light.
