Provide a guard or cover for the starboard main engine front pulley to protect against accidental contact by personnel.

All cable and wire must be installed with metal supports spaced not more than 610 millimeters (24 inches) apart, and in such a manner as to avoid chafing and other damage. Wiring in engineroom was installed using platic tie wraps (zip ties) as supports. Provide metallic supports at least every 24” on all wire runs in engineroom. To be corrected at next dry-dock, Oct 2024.
