Prior to movement submit a tow plan to this office or cognizant Captain of the Port for review and acknowledgment for each intended transit. Each transit shall be made in accordance with a tow plan that has been reviewed and acknowledged by the cognizant Captain of the Port. This requirement remains in place until the vessel has been deemed safe to transit on its own power by the attending marine inspector.

Vessel sustained fire damage, causing unknown damage to the vessel's structure, electrical systems, and machinery. Operator shall determine the extent of the damage and coordinate repairs with the attending Coast Guard Inspector. Vessel is restricted from carrying passengers until a re-inspection of all vessel systems is completed to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard marine inspector.
