Spaces may be examined to see that there is no excessive accumulation of oil. Vessel had excessive oil accumulation in the bilge of the engine room. Various electrical hazards exist throughtout the vessel including loose paneling on the switchboard in the engine room, missing wire ties used for securing wiring to the overhead in the engine room, and a loose junction box above the air conditioning unit. 183.01-15(a)
