MI observed 2 of the vessels buoyant apparatuses had exposed foam, grab line deterioration, retro wastage, and no spacers between the stacked life floats/BA’s. MI also found 3 paddles for the life floats were wasted, improper size, not labeled with vessels name, and one of them wasn’t properly attached to the life float.
