(1) A space with a through-hull fitting below the deepest load waterline. Port stern compartment high level bilge alarm was inoperable. Vessel shall be operated with (1) additional deckhand while underway at all times until deficiency is rectified. Additional deckhand shall complete rounds of the port head space on at least 15 minute intervals. The deficiency shall be rectified within one week (11/26).
