Resolved
At each initial and subsequent inspection for certification of a vessel, the owner or managing operator shall be prepared to conduct tests and have the vessel ready for inspections of the hull structure and its appurtenances, including all spars, standing rigging, running rigging, blocks, fittings, and sails. The starboard (STB) mainmast shroud turnbuckle is currently at the correct tension but is nearly bottomed out, leaving minimal room for adjustment. Prior to credit drydock ensure shroud rigging is in proper configuration to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector. Should the stay become lose and unable to be at proper tension at any time during the operating season, you shall contact SNGL OCMI and correct configuration immediately.
