On a vessel of more than 65' in length, the minimum capacity of the fire pump must be 189 liters per minute at a pressure of not less than 60 PSI at the pump. The pump outlet must be fitted with a pressure gauges. Electric power driven pump gauge was showing improper pressure of 40 PSI and the PTO driven pump did not have a gauge to determine proper pressure. Both pumps displayed good stream at the hose outlet.
