Where flexible fill pipe section is necessary, such hose must be secured at each end by clamps. It must be accessible and when flexible section is a nonconductor, the metallic sections of the fill pipe separated must be joined b a conductor for protection against generation of static charge when filling with fuel. Fuel fill piping was not bonded and easily viewed/accessible. Add bonding strap to piping and make piping accessible/ available for inspection.
