Each life jacket light must be securely attached to the front shoulder area of the life jacket. 04 adult and excess child lifejackets found without lights. Ensure all required lifejackets per COI, (52 adult, 6 child), have working lights and ensure any additional necessary child jackets, when child passenger count exceeds 6 individuals, also include working lights prior to carrying passengers.
