Each lifejacket carried on board must be marked in accordance with 46CFR185.604. The lifejackets must be marked with Type I retroreflective material. There were 21 lifejackets that had Type II material taped over the Type I material. There are 35 correctly placed and marked adult life jackets. The vessel is restricted to operatons with a total of 35 adults passengers and crew until the lifejackets are replaced.
