THIS OBSERVED HAZARD HAS POTENTIAL TO LEAD TO CRANE FAILURE, AND IN TURN, POTENTIALLY LEADING TO EITHER SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. Inspector noted diesel fuel hose below western crane with multiple cuts through outer jacket exposing wire reinforcing.
