The vessel’s fire pump could only achieve 30 psi. Repair or renew fire pump to achieve 60 psi at pump outlet.

Replace all the fuel oil, lube oil and hydraulic oil lines on both main engines and generators if it has them that do not meet the SAE J-1942 specs.
