When testing automatic bilge pumps in the vessel's pontoons, it was discovered that the visual indicator lights at the operating console only intermittently flickered. Demonstrate that when any automatic bilge pump is running that a visual indication is evident at the operating console IAW 46 CFR 182.530(c).
