The following general arrangement modifications were made without OCMI approval following the issuance of stability letter Serial# H1-1700251. The capacity of the fuel tanks increased from (1) 30 gal tank to (2) 22 gal tanks, location of the fuel tanks changed, the fuel tank storage box was removed, and helm console was replaced. Repairs or alterations to the hull, machinery, or equipment that affect the safety of the vessel must not be made without the approval of the cognizant OCMI. As a result, the vessel's stability has been questioned by the cognizant Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection (OCMI).
A new stability test must be conducted IAW 46CFR178.310.
