PSCO OBSERVED ACTIVE FUEL OIL LEAKS FROM GENERATOR FUEL RETURN LINE AND GEVERATOR FUEL PUMPS. ACTIVE FUEL LEAKS HAVE CREATED POOLING UNDER DECK PLATES SURROUNDING GENERATORS.
