The bilge high level alarm in the engine space was found inoperable. 46CFR182.530(a)(2)

THE RING LIFE BUOY SHALL BE FITTED WITH A LIFELINE THAT IS BUOYANT, AT LEAST 60-FEET IN LENGTH, 5/16" DIAMETER, HAS A BREAKING STRENGTH OF 1124-POUNDS, AND IS DARK IN COLOR IF SYNTHETIC OR BE CERTIFIED AS RESISTENT TO UV DETERIORATION. THE RING LIFE BUOY ON THE VESSEL HAD DETERIORATED GRAB LINES AND LIFELINE, WHICH ALSO DID NOT MEET THE REQUIRED SPECS FOR A LIFELINE. 46CFR180.70
