The arrangement of the retroreflective material applied after March 11, 1996, must be as specified by IMO Resolution A.658(16). Ring buoy was missing retroreflective material on one of the quadrants. Apply new retroreflective material to missing section.

A vessel not required to have a power driven fire pump by § 181.300 must have at least three 2.5 gallon buckets. Fire buckets were 5 gallon buckets. Replace with 2.5 gallon buckets or drill holes halfway up the side of existing bucket so that it cannot be filled past 2.5 gallons.

Vessel carried two different types of type 1 PFD's and only had instructions for one type on board. O/O to repair/replace to satisfaction of attending marine inspector within one year if issuance.
