During inspection of rescue boat that was replacing another vessels damage rescue boat, found the transom where the outboard engine attaches, fiberglass was cracked, missing several pieces of retro tape and fire extinguisher bracket was broken. Must make repairs to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector.
