Conduct a third party comprehensive rigging inspection of entire system to attest for the condition of all standing and running rigging, mast, sails, chain plates, hardware, winches, furling system, stays and shrouds, spars, and other associated components to include tuning if required and provide a survey report to the attending CG marine inspector.
