Vessel is applicable to utilize resolution A.494(XII), revised interem scheme for tonnage measurement for certain ships for this SOLAS requirement. During hull walk, PSCO discovered severe wastage on vessels port side above the deck line at frames 123, 112, and 102. A temporary repair was conducted in drydock in Haiti, however these repairs include welding multiple steel plates from the inside of vessels RO-RO deck over existing outside wastage on vessels hull. An additional area of wastage to vessels port side hull was discovered with no repairs, below ventilation #3 on vessels outside hull - ICCL Protocol 66 Annex I/Reg.1(A) - 17BC
