While conducting Cargo/Deck Inspection, it was observed that cargo tank #2 Starboard pressure sensor was not working. Vessel to make proper notification to flag and class of the deficiency and rectify issues to the satisfaction of class ABS. Manual read Pressure gauge has been installed and crew will monitor the tank pressure on rounds. 30 days to rectify with class.

During eng inspection, a plastic clinker was found mixed w/ ashes from paper and oily rags inside the incinerator. Chief Mate , 3RD Mate and the 1ST ENG have been informed on the importance of properly seperating trash on board. Crew will do a more stringent check of the trash prior to using incinerator. All ash is always discharged on shore.
