The design, construction, and stowage of portable tanks and related fuel lines and accessories must meet the requirements of ABYC H-25; the requirement in ABYC H-25 states a portable gas tank is 7 gallons. The portable gas tank on board was approximately 10 gallons. The portable gas tank replaced the independent fuel tank that was previously on board. Replace the 10 gallon tank with a 7 gallon tank to the satisfaction of the Marine Inspector.
