or after the COI anniversary date. Vessel was not ready for annual inspection. Master and vessel representative were not onboard. Could not verify master credentials and conduct annual inspection. Contact OCMI to reschedule inspection.

Fire detection system and fire extinguishers have not been inspected/tested in over a year. Fire detection has a fault. To be corrected prior to commercial operations.
