Vessel's crew was unable to successfully operate the bilge pumping system. Crew appears to not be familiar with the arrangement and alignment. Vessel's crew shall be trained to be able to test the bilge pumping system to the satisfaction of a CG Marine Inspector.

-Wire loom for main diesel engine resting on hot manifold for all engines. Wire loom should be supported in a way that prevents damage to wire from heat.
-Cable for #2 Main diesel engine control box supported in overhead with electrical tape. Support cable with metal supports to avoid chafing and other damage.
