Resolution: Class provided explanation and interpretation for vessel whose keel lay was prior to 2005 as it relates to MEPC.107(49) and as per resolution the meter meets MEPC.60(330 which is addressed.
An IOPP certificate shall be issued in accordance with the provision of regulation 6 of annex I. The approval standard for the oil content meter (2.3.3) is marked as a .393(x). The installed oil content meter is a MEPC.60(33) unit.
