Port FWD navigation light is not working. Vessel restricted to day time OP's.

STBD AFT high water alarm is missing working light only audible alarm works.

Replace 13 Adult life jackets. Vessel passenger count will be lowered by 13 passengers.

Hydrostatic release for EPIRB has expired. Replace with a new hydrostatic release.

Battery boxes need to be mounted in both the port and stbd AFT compartments.

Remove wire nuts in port AFT compartment.

Emergency Instructions need to be posted for man overboard, Fire and heavy weather.

Vessel needs to have a monthly testing log for the EPIRB.

Visual indicator light for the high water alarm was not working. Make repairs and test to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector.

Missing 5 adult life jackets and one adult life jacket was damaged. Replace all 6 adult life jackets. Total passenger count reduced by 6 until cleared.

Retro tape on life ring buoy was worn/faded. Replace all retro tape with CG Approve SOLAS tape.

Life ring floating waterlight was not working. Make repairs and test to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector. Vessel limited to day light hours only.

All Nav lights except stern light was not working. Make repairs and test to the satisfaction on attending CG Marine Inspector. Vessel limited to daylight hours only.

First aid kit had expired and missing items. Must replace all expired and missing items to meet requirements in 46 CFR 160.041

Missing Inland navigation rules. Replace missing Navigation rules.

Several area's on the starboard side deck/gunnal area are cracked/damaged. Must cut out areas for further inspection.

Small area on deck on centerline bow was damaged. Grind back area for further inspection.

Starboard side railing/bench seating was bent/damaged. Must make repairs to the railing/benches to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector.

One stanchion on starboard side railing that attaches to the canopy was cut off. Must make repairs to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector.

Replace or make repairs to one bilge through hull valve.

Through hull on port side boarding area was loose. Make repairs to the through hull fitting to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector.

Area of deck on port side stern was called out for rot. cut out rotted area of deck for further inspection.

Deck on port side aft by ladder was found cracked. Grind/cut out area for further inspection.

Several water tight bulkhead penetrations were found opened and not sealed. Must make repairs using CG approved sealant for all water tight bulkhead penetrations.

Vessel is required to have 12 flares. Vessel only had 8 flares. Replace missing flares to have total qty of 12.

Both floating water lights for both life floats were not working. Make repairs and test to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector. Vessel is restricted to day light hours only until fixed/cleared.

Both life floats were faded and or cracking. Repaint both life floats.

First aid kit had several missing and expired items. Replace all expired and missing items to meet requirements in 160.041.

Most life jackets were covered in roach poop and retro tape coming off. Clean all life jackets and add new retro tape to worn, faded or missing retro tape.

Vessel has expired Certificate of Documentation (COD). Vessels 5 gross tons or more must have a valid COD with Coastwise endorsement in order to operate commercially. Must have on board vessel a valid COD and cleared by the CG Marine Inspector prior to carrying passengers.

1 Fire extinguisher was not serviced during the annual servicing. Must replace with new or have that extinguisher serviced.

Anchor light was not working. Must make repairs and test to the satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector prior to carrying passengers.

First aid kit was missing several items. Must replace missing items to meet requirements in 46 CFR 160.041

Both fuel shut off valves were installed next to fuel filters instead of at the tank suction. Must move fuel shut off valves to discharge side of tank and label properly IAW 46 CFR 185.608

Vessel is missing the NAV Chart for local area. Must provide paper copy of CG approved NAV chart for local area or provide digital NAV chart IAW NVIC 01-16.

Submit calculations attesting to structural adequatecy of Hydro-Bob deployment arrangement by vessel manufacture and or professional engineer. Vessel is restricted from Hydro-Bob deployment operations pending approval from OCMI.

Repair stanchon on portside canopy.

Submit electrical plans to Marine Safety Center and local OCMI for installed power inverter in Port side Engine Room compartment. Plans in the form of a elementary one-line diagram shall include wire size, wire type (marine grade, UL), length of run, inverter specifications, rating of over-current protection (fuses/breakers). Vessel is restricted from using/installing any power inverter until plans have been approved and installation verified.

A power inverter must be installed in an area that prevents electrical ignition of flammable vapors (battery box).

Electrical equipment used in a location normally exposed to splashing water must be drip proof. Davit winch for launching hydro bobs is not of a marine grade.

Electrical power supply for davit winch is a portable/ temporary electric cord. Supply must be fixed and drip-proof to protect from wet environments. Submit electrical drawings prior to installing power supply in the vicinity of the davit. Plans shall include wire size, type, length of run, and over current protection.

Submit plans for approval to the local OCMI prior to installing davit launching system on aluminum canopy for "Hydro Bobs".

Provide means to secure aft hydro bobs to deck area as indicated in Simplified Stability Test. Currently the "hydro Bobs" are ratchet strapped to aft seats, reducing the passenger seating area.

Submit plans to local OCMI prior to adding additional "Hydro Bobs" to forward area of vessel. "Hydro Bobs" may further reduce passenger deck area and obscure operating station visibility.

Remove all components of STBD fixed gas pre-engineered fire suppression system. Engine room is considered 1 space.

Provide Captain and crew to demonstrate safe operation and control of vessel. To include getting the vessel underway from dock, recovering, man overboard, and mooring vessel back at dock.

Only one pre-engineered fixed gas fire extinguishing system is allowed to be installed in each space protected by such a system. Currently, the vessel's two engine compartments are connected by an approximate six inch gap between spaces. This constitutes one space. That one space is protected by two separate systems. To rectify this, the vessel must submit plans to either segregate the spaces with a layup schedule of fire retardant fiberglass OR provide a single pre-engineered fixed gas fire extinguishing system sufficient to cover the combined space. The resin used for the layup of fiberglass must be fire retardant and meet NPFC MIL-R-21607E(SH) (incorporated by reference, see 46 CFR 175.600).

Install EPIRB to be able to automatically float free and activate. Missing pin for cover and hydrostatic release.

Provide provisions for closing all supply duct cowls/scoops for engine rooms. Engine rooms are protected by a fixed gas extinguishing system.
