2. Both port & starboard side MDE starter batteries were

from previous fire damage and system replacement.
6. Electrical control box mount missing for FWD gen.

No. 3 main engine lube oil plug was broken and the port generator jacket water head tank hoses were wasted. Port generator Murphy switch needs to be reinstalled. These deficiencies shall be corrected and cleared with the marine inspector.
