0750-Fire Prevention-External high pressure fuel lines between the high pressure fuel pumps and injectors shall be protected with jacketed piping. Jacketed piping system shall include means to collect leakage and arrangements shall include an alarm in case of fuel line failure. PSCO noted #3 SSDG alarm wiring and sensor housing was loose. PSCO had ship's crew test alarm, no alarm activated.
