1399- Other (mooring arrangement)- While walking on the main deck a slippery substance was observed on the surface of the deck. After further investigation it was determined that the main hydraulic line for the hydraulic mooring winch system had ruptured and was temporarily repaired. Minimal leakage still exists. An estimated 5 liters discharged onto the deck. Solas 74/2004 Ed, Ch II-I Reg 26.1
