On 23Apr08, the vessel experienced a collision at 12 Mile Anchorage, mm 80, Lower Mississippi River. SECNOLA issued COTP Order 0420-08 and restricted the vessel to 12 Mile Anchorage, mm78.6-80.8, Lower Mississippi River. Vessel received soft contact damage on the upper part of the stern plate.
