At each inspection for certification and at every other vessel inspection all observed unsafe practices, fire hazards, and other hazardous situations must be corrected and all required guards and protective devices must be in satisfactory condition.
Identified the following conditions requiring correction:
Install machinery guard over rotating machinery on starboard propulsion engine.
Install blanks in the engine room breaker panel to prevent electrical shock.
Reinstall relief valve hose on hot water heater.
Replace (2) floating light brackets on life floats so that the light is secured without using zip ties.
Replace the expired contents within the first aid kit.

Emergency lighting switches are capable of being secured from each individual light fixture, rendering the light non-operable when power is lost. Make permanent repairs to ensure emergency lighting is functional upon loss of power.
