The discharge ends of vent pipes shall be fitted with removable flame screens or flame arresters. No flames screen was observed on the STBD fuel tank vent, unable to observe the PORT fuel tank vent. Vessel is to provide evidence of flame screens for both fuel tank vents. Vessel is to remain at Still Harbor until this deficiency is corrected.

MI observed no entries in the log for monthly testing of the EPIRB, upon talking with the crew, they mentioned they had not been aware of the testing requirements.
