Vessel experienced loss of starboard main engine overspeed control. Vessel shall be escorted from the pilot station to arrival at berth by a minimum of one or two tugs that satisfies at least 3,000 horsepower or greater; or, two tugs of 2,000 horsepower or greater; or, one tug of 40 bollard pull or greater' or, two tugs of 40 aggregate bollard pull or greater. Vessel's master shall notify USCG Marine Inspector upon arrival. (33CFR160.11)
