A record shall be kept, to the satisfaction of the Administration of all incidents connected with the radio communication service which appear to be important to SOLAS. during review of the GMDSS log book PSCO observed a lack of daily inspections conducted while vessel was at berth. Crew stated they believed that daily tests were not required while vessel was at berth.
