In a ship in which oil fuel is used, the arrangements for the storage, distribution and utilization of the oil fuel shall be such to ensure the safety of the ship and persons on board. Vessel's #1 auxiliary generator is leaking fuel oil, causing the fuel leak alarm to activate. Determine the source of the leak and repair to the satisfaction of the vessel's classification society and the USCG.
