A vessel that is exposed to salt water more than three months in any 12 month period since the last examination must undergo a drydock examination and an internal structural at least once every two years. Vessel is overdue for dry dock exam as of 31Jan2021.

On a vessel of at least 7.9 meters (26 feet) in length, a visual and audible alarm must be provided at the operating station to indicate a high water level in each of the following normally unmanned spaces: All 3 high water level had no light and signal. 46CFR182.530(a)

This part prescribes regulations governing the design and construction of marine sanitation devices and procedures for certifying that marine sanitation devices meet the regulations and the standards of the Environmental Protection Agency promulgated under section 312 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1322), to eliminate the discharge of untreated sewage from vessels into the waters of the United States, including the territorial seas. Subpart A of this part contains regulations governing the manufacture and operation of vessels equipped with marine sanitation devices. Sewage discharge valve in overboard position. 33CFR159.1

Each life float and buoyant apparatus must be individually attached to the painter by a line meeting § 180.175(e)(3) (ii), (iii), and (iv) and long enough that each life float or buoyant apparatus can float without contacting any other life float or buoyant apparatus in the group. Lifefloats did not have line attaching each lifefloat. 46CFR180.137(e)

The painter must Be of at least 30.5 meters (100 feet) in length, but not less than 3 times the distance between the deck where the life float or buoyant apparatus it serves is stowed and the lowest load waterline of the vessel. Reflective tape install retro reflective tape in way of all life ring buoys on the vessel in accordance with 46 CFR 180.70. Vessel must correct prior to the carriage of passengers.

Vessel needs 3 (160.021) hand red flares as required by 46 CFR180.68(a). Vessel must correct prior to the carriage of passengers.

Vessel is missing 2 Life jacket lights as required by 46 CFR180.75(a) for oceans routes. Vessel must correct prior to the carriage of passengers.

Vessel is required to have DSC function installed on VHF as required by 47CFR80.905 and 46CFR184.502. Ensure correct MMIS number is entered. Vessel must correct prior to the carriage of passengers.

Engine room high level light Vessels high level visual alarm is not working as required by 46 CFR182.530(a). Vessel must correct prior to the carriage of passengers.

Vessels Bow bilge pump visual alarm is not working as required by 46CFR 182.530(c). Vessel must correct prior to the carriage of passengers.

Vessels first aid kit had expired contents and does not meet 46 CFR 184.710 and 46 CFR 160.041. Replace expired contents. Vessel has 30 days to correct to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Vessel must obtain a Marine radios operator permit as required by 47CFR § 80.159(e)(1) and 46CFR184.502. Vessel has 30 days to correct to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Obtain a Communications Act Safety Radiotelephony Certificate as required by 47CFR 80.903 and 46CFR184.502. Vessel has 30 days to correct to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Vessels charts, Light List, Tide Tables we’re out of date as required by 46 CFR184.420. Vessel has 30 days to correct to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Engine room wire supports in way of starboard side longitudinal beam Vessels wiring in the engine room in way of starboard side longitudinal beam is not properly supported and does not meet minimum standard as described in 46 CFR 183.340(b)(4). Wiring must be installed with metal supports spaced not more than 610 millimeters (24 inches) apart, and in such a manner as to avoid chafing and other damage. Vessel has 30 days to correct to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Evaluate the areas of delamination, weeping, and Wasted Rub rail, identified below. Provide a repair proposal, listing the materials, procedures and layup intended for repairs that is acceptable to this office to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspectors.
