Years with a record
14 calendar years (1992–2010)
The 21 inspections in the strip above, split by the kind of activity the US
Coast Guard recorded. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record exists, not
years in service. What Maury does not do.
This record may be incomplete: the most recent inspection recorded for this vessel was 16 years ago. Maury shows what the Coast Guard recorded, not whether the vessel has been inspected since, is still in service, or what condition it is in. Coast Guard record current through 13 September 2026, retrieved 18 September 2026 from PSIX. Every field on this page was recorded by the Coast Guard. Records for the Bulk Carrier class in Maury's sources begin in 1981.

This hull's Official Number is not in the NVDC file dated 10 September 2026 as served by NOAA Fisheries, so no documentation record is shown. Absence from that file is a fact about the file, not about the hull.
Radio station licence
No FCC ship-station licence is recorded against this Official Number in the file of
6 September 2026. That is a fact about the licence file, not about the radio.

Engineering › Diesel Engine (propulsion-direct drive) › Piping (exhaust)
Issued 7 February 2008
Resolved
The vessel experienced a power loss in the LMR as a result of an inspection/servicing hatch being left open.
Accommodation/Occupational Safety › Occupational Safety › Spark Producing Device
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
The chemicals and oils used for cleaning boilers, oil spills and lubrication, which are stowed in the steering flat need to be segregated properly. Advised Master, C/O and C/E that a chemical reaction could take place if not handled properly, reference IMDG Annex III Reg. 5.
Documentation › Manuals/Policy Documentation › Emergency Instructions
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
The Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan is missing the local contact numbers and is missing sections B, C and D. Advised the Master to correct this and have the Classification Representative look into this as soon as possible.
Documentation › Logs/Records › Garbage Recordkeeping
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
The Garbage Management Plan: The crew is not following the requirements for the disposal of trash according to the color coding of the receptacles. The receptacles throughout the vessel are not correct, oily rags are being incinerated but not recorded in the garbage log. Section 4.1 of the plan is not filled out and section 5.7 in incorrect. Master and C/O advised of these infractions.
Documentation › Logs/Records › Ballast Water Logs/Records
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
The Ballast Water Management Plan is not ship specific. The number of tanks/holds is incorrect, number of pumps used for ballasting and de-ballasting are not listed, crew training is not being carried out and the sampling points are not identified. Advised the Master and C/O of these and reviewed the IMO resolution with them, reference 33 CFR 151.2035.
Fire Fighting › Structural - A Class Divisions › Store-rooms
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
During the inspection we found two of the crew spaces converted into storage lockers. According to the fire plan and general arrangement drawings these are still listed as crew accommodations. Advised Master and C/O that if they were going to keep them as storage spaces the plans need to be changed. If not then they need to be turned back into crew quarters.
Engineering › Bilge Water Management System › Piping
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
The crew has modified the cargo hold bilge line without the consent of the Classification Society. Advised the Master and C/E that this modification would need to be looked at and approved by Class.
Documentation › Certificates/Documents › IOPP Certificate
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
The throughput amount for the Oily Water Separator was not placed on the IOPP certificate. Advised the Master that the Classification Society Representative would need to correct this as soon as possible.
Lifesaving › Lifeboat Equipment › Binnacle/Compass
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
The glass on the compass in the port lifeboat is shattered making the compass rose unreadable. Advised the Master that this would need to be replaced before the vessel leaves port.
Stability › Watertight Integrity › General
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
There is a wasted area around the starboard top side tank aft drain, which causes water to leak into the cargo hold number one. Advised the Master and C/O that this would need to be inspected by the Classification Society Representative as soon as possible.
Navigation › Piloting/Steering › Marine Charts
Issued 24 March 2006
Resolved
The vessel came into port without the correct charts. However, due to the fact that they could not get them before they arrived the company faxed them copies of US charts for this area. The 2/O made the voyage plan using this information. When entering port no track line was established and no fixes were taken as required by their SMS section 6.
Personnel › Certificates/Documents/Licenses
Issued 8 December 2003
Resolved
Provide documentation that deck and engine ratings (required number per Safe Manning Document) are recognized as qualified by Administration (Malaysia). STCW Article VI (1); and STCW REG I/2-paragraph 3.
Lifesaving
Issued 21 January 2000
Resolved
PROVIDE 110,000 KJ OF PROVISIONS FOR THE STBD LIFEBOAT.
Ownership record
The Coast Guard's documentation record for this hull -- the Abstract of Title,
with its owners and liens as filed -- is not in PSIX. Ask, and Maury buys it from the National
Vessel Documentation Center, files it here with its date, and every reader of this page gets it.
