1150-Loading Cargo-Each cargo tank of a tankship must be equipped w/ an high-level and overfill alarm. PSCO observed high level alarms inoperable in the following cargo tanks: 8P, 7P, 3P, 1P. PSCO also observed overfill alarms inoperable in cargo tanks: 2P, 1P. Repair prior to loading cargoes in those tanks that require high and overfill alarms. 46CFR39.2007(a)
