Vessel has not followed the terms of its preventative maintenance plan to adequately assess the safe condition of their sail rigging system in accordance with USCG NVIC 02-16. Last survey completed April 2024. Operator shall schedule a 3rd party rigging survey to include rigging inspection aloft, and provide the survey report prior to next scheduled drydock September 2025. 46 CFR 176.802 (a)(3)
