1410- Propulsion Main Engine- Observed a steam leak on piping to the #1 fuel injection pump to the M/E. Water was spraying across the deck from a hole approx. 1/4 inch in diameter. C/E made temporary repairs; permanent repairs required. SOLAS 2004 I/11.
