The main longitudinal frame located forward on the starboard side in the machinery space was cracked. In addition, it appeared to be an ongoing problem as evidenced by several layers of additional Chopped Strand Mat covering the frame at that location. Fair down the cracked area to determine the extent of the damage to the frame, whether superficial or into the core. This deficiency must be corrected to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector no later than March 11, 2020. After this date, the vessel will be restricted from carrying passengers.
