The construction and arrangement of a vessel must allow the safe operation of the vessel in accordance with the terms of its Certificate of Inspection giving consideration to provisions for a seaworthy hull. Vessel suffered an approximately 6" by 6" crack to the starboard hull, amidship, after an allision with a concrete pier. Submit plan for repairs with resign type and and lay up schedule to follow manufacture build plans. Affect permanent repairs of the hull to the satisfaction of a USCG Marine Inspector prior to the carriage of passengers. 46 CFR 177.100
