PSCO observed the vessel's crew have not been properly conducting enclosed space entry and rescue drills IAW SOLAS and the vessel's SMS. Drills are being carried out in conjunction with fire drills, and the required equipment for the enclosed space entry and rescue drill is not being utilized.
