The OCMI may also decrease the drydock examination intervals to monitor the vessel's structural condition. Vessel struck the Lazzaretto Creek fendering system and took on damage to the stbd side aft cleat, railing and head structure.

Owner notified inspectors the cover for the fuel tank blew off in a storm and they will be replacing the cover that says No Smoking and indicates the location of the emergency fuel shutoff valves.

Inspectors found front rail for passenger access to not be installed and could not be installed at inspection and after rail by engine was missing top rail and not at appropriate height.
