The number of penetrations in a watertight bulkhead must be minimized. A penetration in a watertight bulkhead must be as high and as far inboard in the bulkhead as practicable, and made watertight. One wire penetrating the forward bulkhead in the engine room was not made to be water tight. Correct deficiency to ensure the bulkhead is water tight.

Circuit labeled as 60 AMP welding connection, but has a 90 AMP breaker. Determine proper current and repair/replace as necessary.
