The wires are wrapped in electrical tape but still could cause someone to become injured if touched. A proper type of junction box must be provided for the safety of the crew.

Crack approx. 9cm on deck starboard side aft near tow bit. Starboard side, two windows on upper deck and four windows on main deck cracked. Bulwark starboard side frames bent gunnel cracked. Port aft bulwark wasted.

0300; In the wash / dry provision room there is approximately 20 feet of deck that is wasted. It is located at the end of the deck and has been covered up with a deck filler. You can see the wastage by going into the lower deck store area behind the fresh water tank. There are no records on board to indicate when this was covered up.
